I want to search records such as arrest history, phone number, address, sex offender list etc. Does anyone know the program government agencies use to do this? or another good program? I’m looking for a program I can use repeatedly not a website. I have seen sights that require a membership to do background checks and access public records. Does anyone know if any of them are reputable?
