it’d be helpful to know what CPU/Video card you have :p

    ram too low

try doing a scan for your drive, or free up a little space on your computer by getting rid of unwanted files and folders hogging your drive space.

    i reckon your processor

Video card. To avoid this find out your VC capasity, and read system requirements of the game before running.

Actually if the computer hangs while playing a game, it usually means that the processor is slow and RAM is low. You have to upgrade it to the requirements of the game.

When a computer lags while playing it is the fault of the video card and have to upgrade it.

eg. if you have a 1.0ghz processor with a 512mb RAM and a 512mb video card, the computer may hang.

If you have a 3.0ghz processor with a 64mb video card, the computer may lag while playing the game.

EDIT: If it still lags with that config then i would suggest you to update the drivers of the graphic card.

Well, you have a 64MB graphics card, which isn’t a lot actually, and your RAM might be the problem too.. Maybe you should get just 512mb more RAM? It’s really easy to insert in your computer and it helps a lot. If you don’t know how, just ask a local computer nerd, he should know ;) I think the RAM would be your first step, if still it doesn’t work, maybe your graphics card is next, and if THAT doesn’t work, your CPU might be to blame.. loads of options! But I would start with the RAM memory.
    Good luck!
