Hi, your wuation lacks a number of bits of vital information, like type of monitor, is it a laptop.
I’m going to guess at a laptop, or possibly desktop TFT.
Usually in a laptop it’s either the screen itself or the cabling from it to main board, and this is something a qualified engineer needs to look at.
If it’s a toshiba satelitte try giving the area around left speaker a good “dunt” with 2 fingers, if this cures it, it’s likely a cabline issue, get Tosh to fix it.
On a desktop, it’s a failure in the circuitrly driving the display, so hope it’s in warranty.
in either case it need professional attention.
