ADware?

Ok so on my computer, i dont know how i got this, but i have ad-ware or something, and about every minute, this stupid add for Ford, comes up on my desktop… IT IS SO ANNOYING!!!!!
I ran anti-virus, (i use Avast) and i ran spybot, and i still get it!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!
Wait it is dodge not ford…

    You need a good anti-adware/spyware program like SuperAntiSpyware….. Will not only clean your system of your troubled garbage but will protect it from happening in the first place……… Then you need to put another free program on your system called SpywareBlaster, that uses none of the system resources at all because it is a blocker program, currently blocking just over 10,000 bad guy sites and programs from affecting your system.

    Both programs are free, will save you a hekc of a lot of grief, and are available at Filehippo, listed under the anti-spyware/adware column on this page…. …….. Actually, all the programs at that site are free, you may see some others you want, but for sure you need the two listed SpywareBlaster and SuperAntiSpyware (referred to as SAS on many tech sites)

    and see if it detects the trouble. Most probably it will remove the malware.
