It sounds like you’ve been scammed. Sadly when searching the web for anti-spyware software, most of the top pages of search results are full of scams of some sort. Most anti-spyware software that you have to pay for is actually spyware itself, sold by the same shady people making the spyware distributed in the wild. You might want to contact the Better Business Bureau and also chargeback your credit card for a refund if you can’t get any help from the company’s tech support.
