I want to search records such as arrest history, phone number, address, sex offender list etc. Does anyone know the program government agencies use to do this? or another good program? I’m looking for a program I can use repeatedly not a website. I have seen sights that require a membership to do background checks and access public records. Does anyone know if any of them are reputable?

    There is no special software. Government agencies simply have access to sites that the general public doesnt have clearance to. You might find some bits and pieces of prisons and local courts that are somewhat open to the public but NO software will give you clearance to unauthorized sites.
