My computer suddenly will not operate after and ad shows up asking me to buy their Anti-spyware. There is no address shown but the ad says it is contaminated. It was perfect before this ad showed up, but the ad tells me to order their spyware or I will not be able to use my computer. What now? I cannot open any program. What gives?

It’s a netgear router. All the computers can connect to the router network, so it’s not any individual computer’s fault. And I can still access the net directly through the modem, so I’m sure its the router’s fault. I’ve logged into the router using the “192.168″ address, but I can’t seem to fix it…
