My Computer restarts dont know why?

I have computer PIII Inter 733 MHz 256 MB Ram which restarts but dont know why, it restarts when the computer desktop is visible after booting and suddenly restart with n clue or reason. Even I have installed the windows several times but still no improvement. Further I check the Virus possiblity and hardware fault possibility but nothing comes out of that all. I guess its a big Mystery no one may solve that maybe somebody.
