Christy asked: In the past week, I have been having spyware and pop-up problems on my computer. I want to just erase EVERYTHING and start from scratch. If I run the backup program for my computer and erase everything and restore it to its original condition, will this erase viruses and spyware?

Maria asked: Be it surfing the Internet, playing video games or even just typing, a blue screen suddenly pulls up with this message:
“A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
Beginning dump of physical memory.”
…This is pretty much the gist of it. The computer technician suggested to have my computer reformatted but it didn’t work. It was reformatted multiple times already. We also tried replacing the hard disk, the programs ran more smoothly but still the blue screen would still pop up. And I think it got worse with the new hard disk.
Please help… what’s wrong with my computer?
