How can I deal with the adware injection?

My desktop appear a notice message “Your computer is in danger! Windows Security Center has detected spyware/adware infection! It’s strongly recommended to use special antispyware tool to prevent data loss” in the black background.I can’t change the background anymore. I try to use NoAdware but nothing change. Sometime, suddenly a wizard auto appear to invite me see some scan adware tools but I always Cancel b/c I think it’s a trap, surely, I was trapped when I agreed to use the introduced scan tool before. How can I do to fix my computer? Please help me.
